John Hall's Alaska is revamping its popular "Denali Explorer" tour.

The 2018 version, which shortens the trip by a day and begins at a lower starting price point, was developed based on customer feedback. It will span two weeks, including six days on land and seven days at sea.

The customizable tour takes travelers nearly 100 miles into Alaska's Denali National Park and Preserve.

Over the course of 13 days, guests can enjoy 360-degree views on the historic Alaska Railroad; spend back-to-back nights at the River View Suites at Denali Bluffs; take a backcountry tour to Kantishna; visit with sled dogs at Wolf Den Kennels; experience a small-boat cruise in Kenai Fjords National Park; travel to the home of the world's longest zipline in Icy Strait Point and explore Ketchikan, the "Salmon Capital of the World."

Guests can also board a handful of docked cruise ships, including Royal Caribbean's Radiance of the Seas, Celebrity's Millennium and Alaskan Dream Cruise's Baranof Dream.

"We've already received positive feedback for the more affordable 13-day 'Denali Explorer' tour, and we're excited to provide a new option for travelers to enjoy the best of Alaska," said John Hall's Alaska CEO and President, John Hall Sr., in a statement.

"The beauty of our tours is they can be tailored to each traveler's desires. Whether they seek adventure, relaxation or a combination of the two, guests just have to let their travel experts know how they dream of exploring Alaska, and John Hall's Alaska can create the perfect custom tour."

The tour includes meals, gratuities and accommodations. Additonally, John Hall's Alaska's travel experts ensure they are well-versed in clients' dietary needs and preferences along the way.

2018 tour dates begin in June and continue through September. Travelers who book the complete land and cruise Denali Explorer package before January 1, 2018, will earn a $500 per person discount on their trip.

Travelers can also request a seven-day, land-only tour of Alaska.
