Walking is one of the great, under-appreciated pleasures and benefits of life. And what better way of experiencing a destination is there? Sceptre Tours is offering a series of tours of Ireland that make the most of the fundamental human activity: walking.

The rhythm creates harmony among various physiological systems and overall well-being. It's good for the heart and lungs, and good for muscle tone.
From the tourism standpoint, there is no more immersive way of experiencing a destination than walking. Your feet are on the ground, you're out in the fresh air absorbing the atmosphere of the environment with each breath and each step. There is no window glass between you and the place you are exploring.
