GOGO Vacations has just launched GOGO Rewards, a new program that recognizes loyalty and delivers lucrative bonuses, increased commissions, trips, airline tickets, cash, gift cards and more. As always, GOGO asked travel agents what they wanted and then delivered a well thought out solution.
The purposeful decision to not have a static points-based program was a strategic one in an effort to be nimble and address various agents' suggestions and the ever-changing travel landscape. The GOGO Rewards perks and how agents earn them will change monthly.
"This is not a one-size-fits-all approach to rewarding our valued travel agents, rather a fluid program that will vary monthly so that our customer base has a variety of ways to reap the benefits of booking with GOGO Vacations," said President John Vandenheuvel of GOGO Vacations.
"Some months might be sweepstakes based, other times will have bonus commissions, exclusive booking offers or free trips. There is no 'typical' month for any given travel agency, so we wanted to deliver an atypical loyalty program that can be ever-changing to address various markets, travel patterns and seasonality."
GOGO Rewards will unveil new perks and redemption parameters each month. Sneak peeks and additional program elements will be unveiled this fall, enabling agents to plan their best approach to maximize GOGO Rewards each month.
