Intrepid Launches Custom Group Incentive

Intrepid Travel is offering Canadian and U.S. travel advisors a limited time incentive on its Tailor-Made group travel bookings in Eastern Europe. Custom-made group itineraries are one of Intrepid’s fastest growing segments, and they are inviting you to earn more commission or give your clients added value when you book a group from now until July 31, 2026.

When you book five people on one of Intrepid’s selected departures, the sixth person goes free. A list of the eligible departure dates is available on Intrepid Travel’s Agent Hub. 

Intrepid Travel has taken strides to ensure booking a group with them is easier for advisors. “The biggest barrier to selling group travel isn’t demand, it’s perception,” said Caroline Tinsley, Head of Partnerships for Canada at Intrepid Travel. “Group travel is far more flexible than many advisors realize. Many simply aren’t aware of the possibilities within our Tailor-Made offering, which allows them to create fully customized itineraries or adapt existing trips for private groups, whether that’s families, friends or affinity groups. Once advisors see how flexible these experiences can be, the hesitation around selling group travel tends to disappear and clients often come back again and again.” 

Under the Tailor-Made program, advisors can customize existing itineraries or work directly with destination specialists to build bespoke experiences for groups of as few as four people.
