Pleasant Holidays is introducing new digital itinerary documents, which will enable travel advisors with a more seamless and polished way for clients to view their documents.
The PDF itinerary documents, which are scheduled to be unveiled soon, “feature a streamlined, easy-to-navigate format that enhances how advisors present trip details to clients,” the tour operator.
“Each document consolidates essential information in one place, including hotel images, contact details, fees, policies, notifications and links to key Pleasant Holidays resources.”
The documents will feature a clean layout, centralized trip details and easy navigation. Once clients’ names are added to a booking, travel advisors automatically receive an updated itinerary. Revised versions will also be generated at confirmation and when final travel documents are issued before departure, helping ensure travelers always have the most current details.
“Our focus is on equipping travel advisors with tools that make it easier to deliver a great client experience,” said Justin Heckman, head of sales and national accounts at Pleasant Holidays. “These new digital itinerary documents give advisors a more professional, informative way to showcase trip details, while ensuring travelers can quickly access important information throughout their journey.”
The documents will evolve in accordance with agent feedback, Pleasant Holidays said.
