Universal Orlando Resort has launched a customer service team dedicated exclusively to travel agents.
The call center team-which assists agents with bookings and questions about various Universal Orlando products-will include a call center team, a convenient text message service and a live online chat program.
Text message services will also be available for travel agents in need of last-minute information for clients. Agents will have access to a representative once their client's vacation package payment has been processed using an access code.
Agents will also be able to talk with a representative at VAXVacationAccess.com. The real-time chat feature is a helpful tool for agents learning to navigate the booking engine. Representatives will help with questions, pricing and even offer suggestions for agents based on their clients' preferences.

"At Universal Orlando Resort, we value our relationships with travel agent partners and we're constantly seeking ways to better support them. We know that travel agents have different needs and requests from our regular guests," said Fernando Flores, Vice President, Universal Parks and Resorts Vacations, Universal Orlando Resort, in a statement to TravelPulse.
"The goal of developing a dedicated team was to provide personalized, responsive customer service and knowledge to the travel agent community, to exceed expectations with their own clients and provide the best guest experience when vacationing at Universal Orlando."
