Suffice it to say that 2025 was a stellar year for Rental Escapes, whose reinforced commitment to travel advisors drove strong sales in tandem with the company’s addition of 300 new villas, the expansion of its sales force by 30% and its guest experience team by 40%.
On the advisor front, in 2025, the luxury villa rental company “appointed Vonda Keeler as director of travel advisor partnerships, charged with strengthening key relationships, supporting travel advisors and driving meaningful growth,” Rental Escapes said, adding that it also “signed new agency and consortia partnerships in 2025, including Virtuoso, further expanding its reach.”
Rental Escapes also raised the bar on its “Keys to Success” advisor program with the completion of its REimagine digital magazine collection, comprising 20 interactive publications that spotlight the company’s most popular destinations, along with additional “ready-to-use, client-facing resources.”
The 300 new villas, meanwhile, include Rental Escape’s first properties in London and Kitzbühel, Austria, along with new villas in such high-demand destinations as the Caribbean, Costa Rica and Italy.
“In the United States, Rental Escapes experienced the largest portfolio expansion in its history, adding villas across top domestic travel destinations,” Rental Escapes said.
In addition to expanding its villa sales and guest experience teams, Rental Escapes also “expanded its IT department to further support guests and travel advisors with enhanced technology and infrastructure,” the company said.
