Foodies Night in Playa del Carmen

Trying new foods while traveling is a must.
It's important to immerse yourself in your new surroundings and try new things. Sample local dishes and it’ll help put you in the mindset of what it’s like to live there.
The Fives Downtown Hotel & Residences Curio Collection by Hilton knows how vital food is to the travel experience.
Foodies Night was constructed to bring people together over delicious food. With a sensational view of the Mexican Caribbean and a good meal in front of you, we wouldn’t blame you if you never wanted to leave.
Hernán Griccini, Executive Chef of The Fives Downtown Hotel, and guests chefs will dazzle the taste buds for all who experience Food Nights.
Some examples of items featured on the different menus include the catch of the day with aguachil of xcatic peppers and chipilín, warm brie cheese with organic beet salt and orange emulsion, smoked rustic broth with corn dough balls stuffed with sweetbreads, braised rib roast at low temperature with humita and quelites and pumpkin millefeuille roasted with chiapaneco coffee ice cream.
