Resort Recipe: Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos Mango Margaritas

While every day might feel like Tequila Day on vacation at Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos, here in The United States, National Tequila Day is July 24.

We can't think of a better way to celebrate this very important holiday (other than being on vacation of course) than a refreshing frozen margarita.

So go ahead, beat the summer heat and blend a taste of vacation at home with this recipe from the mixologists at Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos.

Frozen Mango Margaritas

Ingredients:

1 10-ounce bag frozen diced mango

2/3 cup tequila (preferably silver, 80 proof)

1/4 cup fresh lime juice

2/3 cup mango nectar

2 tablespoons orange liqueur, such as Cointreau

2 tablespoons superfine sugar

2 cups ice water

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
