Bowman’s Travel Brief: Black Friday Travel Savings Hit Big

Is right now the best time to book travel? 

Well, it largely depends on when you plan to travel. If you’re looking to travel by the end of the year, then you’ll be taking a hit on the price of flights.

However, if you’re looking to book a 2024 trip then this week might just be your best bet.

The 2023 Black Friday travel deals have been pouring in over the last week and there are some really good deals to be found:

• Some cruise lines are offering up to $5,000 savings.
• Hotels in the Caribbean offering up to 70% off.
• Hotels in Hawaii offering up to 40% off.
• Hotels in Europe offering up to 40% off.
• Tour operators offering up to 50% off.

This Thanksgiving week is always a time to find a good deal on future travel.

Consumer travelers better be working with a travel advisor on these though. A deal may look enticing, but a travel advisor will tell you whether or not that particular brand offering such a nice deal is actually worth it or not.
