Bio
Alison Raymer is a Kentucky girl who fell in love with domestic travel as a child and international travel in her twenties. She's led groups of all sizes across Belize, WWII Europe and the Mediterranean.
She's planned honeymoons in Bali, family trips to Mexico, anniversary trips on river cruises, corporate incentive trips in the Caribbean, and group tours to the Holy Land. Her passion is to make my clients feel confident while traveling the world, regardless of their age or experience.
She began her career in the travel industry in 2017 and has grown her business to over $2.5 million in annual revenue while leading a team of five advisors.
Raymer has led her agency in sales for the last four years and began the team lead model back in 2023, bringing on five additional agents to mentor. She created an educational program for new advisors, a video series that walks new advisors through an onboarding process that focuses on marketing, niches, systems, etc., as well as corresponding hands-on learning opportunities. As a former educator, she is passionate about creating educational opportunities for new advisors to grow their sales revenue quickly and become successful.
She's relentless and a mom of two young children. During COVID, Raymer was able to single-handedly support her family while her husband stayed home with the kids. Her perseverance and enthusiasm to grow her business is rooted in a deep passion for her family, the clients she serves and the kind of name she wants to create for herself and her agency.
Raymer is 36 years old.

All that hard work over the years: often endless hours, unseen monotonous moments, and late nights serving people in the tiniest of details. What a joy it's been to serve my clients and mentor advisors in our agency and to now be recognized in this way is so appreciated."

"Ali is a WKU graduate and started her career out as a school teacher, but her zest for travel was ignited when she started taking her high school kids and parents on educational trips overseas," said Sheri Clarke of Picture This Travel. "Ali was just starting her maternity leave in 2020 when the pandemic hit. Knowing that our clients were in need and that my hands were full taking care of my clients, she cut her maternity leave short to take care of her clients," she said. "Of course, the pandemic decimated our livelihood for two years, so Ali went back to teaching while still taking care of her clients full-time and growing her business. In 2022, Ali was not only able to leave teaching again full-time, but she also hit her goal of selling over $1 million in travel to her clients."
"Then, in 2023, she doubled her sales and was the highest-grossing travel advisor of our 20 agents at Picture This Travel. Not to mention, Ali had her second child during this time. Not only does Ali help her clients every step of the way, but she is also a key member of our sales force, mentoring 5 travel advisors and always being a solid source of help for other agents on our team," Clarke said.
"Ali does not stop with work, as she is involved with her church and community, as well," added Clarke. "Ali leads a Bible study with over 20 young women attending and was the coordinator of the 2024 IF Gathering for Bowling Green, which had over 200 guests. Did I mention that IF Gathering was during the first couple of months of the year, known as "wave season" in the travel industry, because it's our busiest time of the year. But Ali felt led to serve her community."
