Bio
Brianna Hughes started in the travel industry in March 2020 and took the COVID era as a chance to grow and learn. Within two years, she grew into a million-dollar agent at her host agency and in November 2024, she took a leap to become an independent advisor where she's on track for her first-ever $2 million year.
She's also grown her social media accounts to well over 110,000 followers combined.
Hughes likes to think she's redefining what a travel agent can be and what people think of them. A self-proclaimed "girls girl," she teaches other advisors how to run their social media accounts to be more authentic and get better reach. Sandals has even reached out to Hughes to host a peer social media event.
She'll never say no to helping an advisor and believes that there is no competition aside from within yourself.
Hughes is proof that advisors come in all different shapes and is determined to change the industry internally by being a positive and supportive alliance for other advisors who choose their own path.
Hughes is 32 years old.
