Isabella Borowiec’s fascination with travel began when she was just 5 years old, when her dad read her National Geographic as bedtime stories. She knew the world was meant to be explored, and she had to see all of it. Her extensive career includes everything from working on cruise ships (during university summers), being a travel advisor, a BDM, and now a Director of Sales with Kensington, where she can use both her personal travel experiences and her professional expertise (spanning 19 years) to continue doing her favorite part of this role: building partnerships with the advisor community.
In her 19 years in the industry, Borowiec is proud to have received some recognition and awards for her hard work and efforts. From her time as a travel agent, winning top novice in her first year of selling, most improved agency in the country in a leadership role, and multiple incentive trips around the world for sales efforts. Most recently, in 2024, she won favorite Sales Rep (Canada) Service with a Smile Award through Baxter Media, along with a handful of fellow suppliers, some of the best in the industry.
Borowiec has a genuine interest in hearing others' stories, both right in her community and worldwide. A lifelong learner, she hopes to absorb as much as she can from the people she meets and the places she visits. Through these interactions, she allows herself to grow and share what she can with those around her. She is constantly seeking to develop and innovate her thoughts and actions outside of what is presented to her.
Isabella is 38 years old.
