United Continental Holdings is reviewing its management structure and the way it routes flights, according to Reuters.
The review is part United's goal to "cancel fewer flights, win customers and narrow a profit margin gap with rival Delta Air Lines Inc.," says Reuters.
In a separate filing on Wednesday, United also announced that it would fly fewer flights out of its Houston Hub and build capacity in Denver and San Francisco.

"A decline in oil prices over the past two years has prompted United's energy-industry clients to cut back on travel spending," writes Reuters.
This move was unsurprising as analysts have called on the airline to reduce the number of flights out of its Houston hub.
