With the recent opening of Pixar Pier at Disney California Adventure and the summer-long Pixar Fest celebration (through September 3) at Disneyland, guests will find that the Disneyland Resort is all about Pixar this summer. Even culinary-obsessed travelers can get in on the fun with plenty of food and beverage offerings inspired by Pixar stories and characters.

Pixar Fest Celebration Cake

Start with the Pixar Fest Celebration Cake at the Plaza Inn in Disneyland. Layered with lemon, blue vanilla and red velvet sponge cakes, it also features raspberry purée and cream cheese frosting. You can also find it in Disney California Adventure at Pacific Wharf Café and Paradise Garden Grill.

Jessie's Rodeo Funnel Cake

Why settle for ordinary funnel cake, when you can you enjoy Jessie's Rodeo Funnel Cake, topped with blueberries, strawberries, chocolate cookie crumbles, crème anglaise, white chocolate and gold-dusted whipped cream, it is available at the Stage Door Cafe in Disneyland's Frontierland.

New Churro Flavors

Find exciting new churros throughout Disneyland, including lemon churros at the Town Square Churro Cart, strawberry churros at the Tomorrowland Churro Cart and cocoa churros (get it, Coco??) with chocolate powder, salted cinnamon sugar and a Mexican chocolate dipping sauce at the Frontierland Churro Cart.

Señor Buzz Churros

Or head to Pixar Pier at Disney California Adventure and check out the new Señor Buzz Churros, inspired by Buzz himself. Pick up the Cinnamon Sugar Galaxy Churro or turn up the heat with the Caliente Churro (pictured.)

Bing Bong Apple

Bing Bong may have only been an imaginary friend in Inside Out, but he now has a real-life shop named after him at Pixar Pier. Pick up merchandise or sweets, including this Bing Bong treat, a Granny Smith apple dipped in caramel and chocolate and decorated with colored sugar, fondant and marshmallows.

Or if unicorns are your thing, Bing Bong's Sweet Shop also serves up this Rainbow Unicorn Apple (inspired by Inside Out.)

Hamm Apple

Toy Story fans will need to head over to the Candy Palace at Disneyland to pick up this adorable Hamm Apple.

Nemo and Dory Apples

Technically, you don't even need to enter either park to get in on the candy apple action. These Nemo and Dory apples are available at Marceline's Confectionary in Downtown Disney (and also Pooh Corner in Disneyland.)

Lovers of tiny, tiny cakes on sticks will find plenty of cake pops to please their palate, including seasonal "Buddy" Cake Pops at Bing Bong's Sweet Stuff like this duo inspired by Buzz and Woody.

Don't let our obsession with sugar fool you into thinking there are only sweet treats available this summer. You could try the three-course meal inspired by Ratatouille in New Orleans Square's Café Orleans. The first course is a cheese flight with three kinds of cheese, dried fruit, and honeycomb.

Alien Pizza Planet

Over in Tomorrowland, the aliens from Toy Story have taken over Alien Pizza Planet and are serving up fresh, hot pizzas. The Cheeseburger Pizza is topped with ketchup, mustard and pizza sauce on a sesame seed crust, then layered with cheese, caramelized onions, tomatoes, slider patties, burger sauce and pickles.

Alien Macarons

Call it an alien selfie, but these adorable dessert macarons are the spitting image of the three-eyed aliens for which the pizza parlor is named.

Lamplight Lounge

While most of the Pixar-inspired treats at Disneyland are only be available through September 3, when Pixar Fest ends, Pixar Pier at Disney California Adventure promises to keep the fun going. If you need a break, however, from the fast-casual dining fun, stop by the new Lamplight Lounge, a waterfront gastro-pub right on the pier.

At the Lamplight Lounge, the menu runs the gamut from sushi selections to Carne Asada Rolled with New York Strip Steak. Even the kid's items like PBJ takes on a unique spin in the 'budding artist," served with a flower pot of veggies with hummus and fresh fruit.

Before you leave the Disneyland resort, don't forget to bring something home for your friends and co-workers at Bing Bong's Sweet Stuff. This candy-flavored popcorn is sure to be a hit with fans of Pixar's animated releases.
