2019 Travvy Awards Names Best Tour Operators and Vacation Packagers

G Adventures took home the gold Travvy, followed by International Expeditions, honored with a silver award.

Micato Safaris was also nominated in the category.

Abercrombie & Kent was honored with the gold for Best Escorted Tour Operator - Africa. Micato Safaris took home the silver award.

G Adventures was also nominated in the category.

The winners for Best Escorted Tour Operator - Asia were Trafalgar with the gold Travvy and Kensington Tours with the silver.

G Adventures and Cox & Kings were also nominated.

For Best Escorted Tour Operator - Australia/New Zealand/South Pacific, Trafalgar was honored with the gold Travvy and G Adventures won silver.

TCS World Travel was also nominated in the category.

In Europe, Best Escorted Tour Operator went to Globus, taking home the gold Travvy. The silver award went to CIE Tours International.

Trafalgar and Insight Vacations were also nominated.

Globus received top honors for Best Escorted Tour Operator - Family, taking the gold Travvy. Collette received the silver Travvy and Trafalgar, CIE Tours International and Micato Safaris were also nominated in the category.

In the LGBTQ category, Brendan Vacations took home the gold Travvy, winning the category. The silver award went to OUT Adventures.

Olivia Travel was also nominated in the category.

When it comes to luxury travel, the competition is high stakes and, this year, Abercrombie & Kent took home the big prize of gold. Kensington Tours was awarded the silver Travvy.

Luxury Gold, Cox & Kings and Micato Safaris were also nominated.

G Adventures was awarded Travvy gold for its tours in Mexico, South & Central America. Trafalgar was honored with the silver award and TCS World Travel was also nominated.

Trafalgar received top honors in the Premium tour category. Insight Vacations was the winner of the silver award and Brendan Vacations was also nominated in the category.

Globus was the winner in the Best Escorted Tour Operator - U.S./Canada category with Trafalgar earning the silver award.

Insight Vacations was also nominated in the category.

ShoreTrips took home Travvy gold for its shore excursions with Shore Excursions Group winning the silver.

Avanti Destinations and American Queen Steamboat Company were also nominated.

The winner for Best Tour Guides was Trafalgar, with Abercrombie & Kent taking home the silver Travvy.

Also nominated in the category are ShoreTrips, G Adventures, CIE Tours, Collette and A&S Signature Journeys.

Taking home the gold Travvy for the Best Tour Reservation Team is Trafalgar. ShoreTrips took home the silver award.

Travel Impressions and Kensington Tours were also nominated.

There was stiff competition in the Best Escorted Tour Operator - Overall with eight nominees in the category, including Trafalgar, Abercrombie & Kent, G Adventures, Collette, Insight Vacations, CIE Tours International, Micato Safaris, TCS World Travel.

The gold Travvy went to Trafalgar, and Abercrombie & Kent and G Adventures tied for the silver award.

African Travel Inc. was the winner of the gold Travvy for Best Vacation Packager - Africa. Travel Impressions earned the silver and A&S Signature Journeys was also nominated.

Travel Impressions took home gold this year for Best Vacation Packager in Asia. Chinatour.com International was the silver award winner and A&S Signature Journeys was nominated.

In Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific category, Goway Travel was the gold award winner and Travel Impressions earned silver.

Funjet Vacations was also nominated in the category.

Funjet Vacations received top honors on Travvys night for its vacation packages in the Caribbean. Funjet took home the gold and Apple Vacations was awarded silver.

Travel Impressions, Delta Vacations and Southwest Vacations were also nominated in the category.

Travel Impressions was the gold Travvy award winner for its European vacation packages. Europe Express took home the silver.

Brendan Vacations and United Vacations were also nominees.

Funjet Vacations was the top vacation packager in the family category, taking home gold at the Travvy Awards. Delta Vacations took home the silver.

Apple Vacations was also nominated in the category.

Blue Sky Tours' staff are experts on Hawaii vacations and have taken home the top prize for Best Vacation Packager in the Islands, taking home gold at the Travvy Awards. Funjet Vacations and Travel Impressions were tied for the silver award.

United Vacations also received a nomination.

In the LGBTQ category, Brendan Vacations took home the gold award and Olivia Travel was the silver winner.

Zoom Vacations also received a nomination.

Villas of Distinction was the gold winner in the category Best Vacation Packager - Luxury. Travel Impressions was honored with silver.

Also nominated were Goway Travel, Brendan Vacations and WIMCO Villas.

The winner for Best Vacation Packager - Mexico is Funjet Vacations. Apple Vacations received silver.

Travel Impressions, Delta Vacations and Southwest Vacations were also nominated in the category.

When it comes to delivering premium experiences, Delta Vacations took home the top honor, winning Travvy gold. The silver award went to Travel Impressions and Funjet Vacations received a nomination.

The Best Vacation Packager - U.S./Canada award went to Funjet Vacations, winning the gold award. Travel Impressions was awarded silver.

Southwest Vacations and United Vacations also received nominations in the category.

The overall honor went to Funjet Vacations. Travel Impressions was awarded silver.

Delta Vacations, Apple Vacations and Goway Travel were also nominated.
