Breeze Airways Announces Four New Florida Routes In Continued Expansion Effort

Breeze is expanding once again.

The low-cost carrier announced a slate of new routes to Florida today, including three to Orlando and one to Tampa.

The routes to Orlando will initiate in Gulfport-Biloxi, Mississippi; Ogdensburg, New York, and Provo-Salt Lake City, Utah. The new route to Tampa will fly from Erie, Pennsylvania.

The carrier said the newly announced locations represent previously underserved areas.

“We’re connecting the dots between some of our existing cities with these exciting new routes,: David Neeleman, Breeze Airways’ Founder and CEO, said in a statement.
“These nonstop flights give our Guests the ability to travel comfortably and affordably to
great destinations in Florida – especially during the cold winter months.”

Many of the new routes will be available for $49 one-way, though depending on the day of the week and the season, some will cost about $89 one-way.

The flights are expected to begin across December, January and February.

Here’s a closer look at the new offerings on tap:

• From Erie, PA to Tampa, FL: Winter/spring seasonal, Wednesday and Saturday, starting January 8, 2025, from $69 one way.
• From Gulfport-Biloxi, MS to Orlando, FL: Thursdays and Sundays, starts February 6, 2025, one way from $49.
• From Ogdensburg, NY to Orlando, FL: Winter/spring seasonal, Thursdays and Sundays, starts February 13, 2025, one way from $89.
• From Orlando, FL to Gulfport-Biloxi, MS: Thursdays and Sundays, starts February 6, 2025, one way from $49.
• From Orlando, FL to Ogdensburg, NY: Winter/spring seasonal, Thursdays and Sundays, starts February 13, 2025, one way from $89.
• From Orlando, FL to Salt Lake City-Provo, UT: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday, starting December 21, from $79 one way.
• From Salt Lake City-Provo, UT to Orlando, FL: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday, starting December 21, from $79 one-way.
• From Tampa, FL to Erie, PA: Winter/spring seasonal, Wednesday and Saturday, starting January 8, 2025, from $69 one way.
  
  

Breeze, began selling service from just 16 cities in May 2021. In May, the carrier revealed dramatic plans for growth. At that point, the carrier announced its intentions to expand offerings to three international destinations, among other growth initiatives. Earlier in the year, in February, the carrier also unveiled new routes, including introducing new summer service flying out of Manchester, New Hampshire.
