Frontier Airlines announced the launch of a new mileage
multiplier promotion that provides travelers with bonus mile rewards on every
dollar spent, including airfare and ancillary products like bags and seat
selections.
The low-cost carrier revealed that GoWild! All-You-Can-Fly
Pass holders and Frontier World Mastercard holders will receive 30X bonus miles
for every dollar spent, while members of the airline’s Discount Den or FRONTIER
Miles Club will enjoy 20X bonus miles on every dollar spent.
Through September 5, bookings made directly with the carrier
for travel between August 9 and September 30 will be rewarded with mileage
multipliers on every dollar spent on base fares, ancillary products and carrier
interface charges.
“This special promotion rewards Frontier Airlines customers
with unprecedented mileage bonuses for not only their airfare but also their
optional purchases like bags and seat selections,” Frontier vice president of
marketing Tyri Squyres said.
“And these miles are easy to redeem, with awards starting at
only 10,000 miles for a one-way flight,” Squyres continued.
Frontier noted that the mileage bonus does not apply to
dollars spent on taxes and fees, and miles will be awarded within 7-10 business
days following the completion of the final flight purchased.
Earlier this month, the carrier released its second-quarter
2023 financial results, revealing its highest
post-pandemic earnings before tax in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. Frontier
confirmed that pre-tax income for the second quarter of 2023 reached $88
million, reflecting a 9.1 percent margin.
