Frontier Airlines Launches New Cancel for Any Reason Benefit

Travelers flying with one of the largest low-cost carriers in the United States now have access to a new flexible booking option. 

Frontier Airlines has launched a new Cancel for Any Reason benefit, powered by Hopper Technology Solutions. 

The new add-on service allows customers to purchase different levels of refundability, including the ability to cancel 24 hours before a flight and receive a full refund.

Passengers will now see the Cancel for Any Reason options for purchase during the booking process on Frontier’s website and mobile app. 

“Giving customers more choice and flexibility is an important part of how we’re improving the Frontier experience,” said Bobby Schroeter, Frontier’s chief commercial officer. “Cancel for Any Reason makes it easier to book with confidence, knowing that if plans change, customers have a simple and convenient option available to them.”

Throughout 2026, Frontier has been making improvements to its booking process and in-flight experience to offer more premium products, including new options like deeper discounts on its ‘GoWild’ unlimited flight passes and forthcoming first class seats.
