Travelers flying with JetBlue this fall will find a new onboard amenity worth toasting.
The New York-based airline now offers award-winning whiskey brand Brother’s Bond Bourbon as part of its in-flight drink service.
The bourbon officially launched on JetBlue flights on October 1, and customers in all cabin classes can now purchase the brand’s 50 ml bottle of straight bourbon on their next trip.
Brother’s Bond is a four-grain bourbon crafted from corn, rye, wheat, and malted barley and is aged for at least four years.
“We love the idea that people can discover Brother's Bond while traveling, connecting with friends and family or heading somewhere new," said the brand’s co-founder Paul Wesley.
Using the bourbon, JetBlue has created a new DIY cocktail for passengers called the Whiskey Bravo. Fliers can concoct the tipple themselves by ordering Brother’s Bond Straight Bourbon and mixing it with Owen’s Classic Lemonade.
The new drink offering is part of JetBlue’s larger onboard refresh for the fall season, which also includes new onboard dining selections and entertainment content that ranges from cozy to spooky.
