Amtrak is launching their Roomette Free Companion Flash Sale
which allows one free companion from now to February 6,
2025.
Travel is valid until April 17. This offer is available for a limited time if clients purchase a
roomette ticket and bring a companion for free using code C105.
Roomettes offer space, privacy and relaxation for couples,
friends or family members while on board. Roomette customers also receive complimentary
lounge access at major stations, priority boarding, turndown service,
complimentary meals, access to a restroom and shower, plus luggage assistance.
Available routes
include California Zephyr, Cardinal, City of New Orleans, Coast Starlight,
Crescent, Empire Builder, Floridian, Lake Shore Limited, Silver Meteor,
Southwest Chief, Sunset Limited and the Texas Eagle.
The sale is valid for all Amtrak Long Distance trains except
the Auto Train, with no blackout dates. The paying passenger and complimentary
companion must travel together on the same itinerary and have tickets issued
together.
Customers must book at least one day in advance of travel.

Eliot Hamlisch says that this flash sale offers a less stressful way to see the
country.
“Whether it’s a romantic getaway or quality time with a close friend
or family member, Amtrak customers who travel in our Roomettes will experience
fine dining and personalized care from a dedicated sleeping car attendant — all
while moving through some of the country’s most spectacular natural settings,”
said Hamlisch.
