Azamara Cruises Unveils 2027 Alaska Cruisetours

Azamara Cruises is sharing more details about its 2027 Alaska cruisetours.

The news follows “overwhelmingly” positive guest feedback ahead of Azamara’s return to Alaska this summer, according to the company.

“The return to Alaska in 2026 reaffirms what we hear time and again from our guests, that deeper, more immersive experiences are what matter most,” says Shandra Stoeterau, director of land product development at Azamara Cruises. “Guest feedback played a critical role in shaping our 2027 Alaska cruisetours, allowing us to thoughtfully extend our Destination Immersion philosophy beyond the coastline and into Alaska’s interior and the Canadian Rockies, while maintaining the seamless, one-stop experience travelers value.”

Azamara’s 2027 Alaska cruisetours will be offered as four-, five- and six-night programs and paired with Azamara’s 10- and 11-night Alaska sailings. Guests can enjoy hotels, transfers, luggage handling, escorted tours, select meals and admissions.

Select 2027 Alaska cruisetours are also paired with transpacific sailings from northern Japan, offering guests a unique opportunity to explore Japan before crossing the Pacific and continuing inland through Alaska and the Canadian Rockies.

Highlights include:

Alaska Explorer Cruisetour: Denali, Talkeetna, Riverboat & Rail (4 Nights): Available as both pre- and post-cruise options, this journey showcases Alaska’s interior and cultural heart. Guests cruise the Chena River aboard a historic sternwheeler, pan for gold, ride in a Deluxe Dome Railcar, and explore Denali National Park on the Tundra Wilderness Tour. Additional experiences include a jet boat adventure in Talkeetna and hands-on cultural programming at the Alaska Native Heritage Center.
Canadian Rockies Cruisetour: Rocky Mountaineer GoldLeaf Service (5 Nights): This post-cruise journey delivers one of North America’s most iconic rail experiences. Guests travel through the Canadian Rockies aboard the Rocky Mountaineer in GoldLeaf Service, enjoying elevated dome seating, gourmet dining, and outdoor viewing platforms.
