Explora Journeys has launched a new loyalty program called Explora Club.
The program will have five tiers: Classic, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Travelers will be able to reach new levels based on how many weighted nights they’ve spent at sea, multiplied by their suite category. They can also earn additional points for eligible onboard spending and shore excursions.
Perks include priority access, bespoke events, personalized gifts, birthday surprises, turndown service and exclusive savings. The program launched in early April. By July, guests will be able to access a personalized “My Explora” page featuring their level status and benefits.
The new program is the line’s way of “celebrating the loyalty and trust of our guests—those who have embraced our vision from the very beginning, and those just beginning their journey with us today,” says Anna Nash, global president of Explora Journeys.
“Designed to elevate every journey, it offers thoughtful privileges and unforgettable experiences that nurture the emotional connection we are proud to share—both with our guests and with the ocean itself,” she adds.
