Explora Journeys is offering a new limited-time fine dining experience at its onboard venue, Anthology, available for new reservations made during a limited time.
Guests who book their cruises on EXPLORA I or EXPLORA II — which sailed its maiden voyage just last month — between October 1 through November 18 for future sailings departing after October 14, 2024 will receive a complimentary dinner at Anthology.
The complimentary dinner at Anthology is provided one time per person, per stateroom during the promotion period.

Anthology is Explora Journey’s signature fine-dining experience onboard, created by Head of Culinary Franck Garanger, offering a taste of Italy’s regional flavors with local ingredients, with both meat-based and plant-forward dishes.
Dishes range from fried pizza to Gambero dell’Adriatico, a shrimp dish, to Agrumi, a dessert that features a tart blood orange sorbet.
The dining venue offers both indoor and outdoor seating in a refined, minimalist style where the food takes full focus.
