Hurtigruten Norway is offering up to 50 percent off all sailings for its Black Friday sale, when travelers book between November 17 through November 30 with a travel advisor.
There are several deals on offer for those interested in a Norwegian expedition cruise. The Original Coastal Express and new North Cape Express are offering up to 50 percent savings on travel between January 1 and April 31, 2024.
Travel between May 1, 2024 and March 31, 2025, including the Svalbard Express, are offering up to 35 percent savings.
Travelers going solo on their next Norwegian expedition cruise can enjoy no single supplement for a large selection of cruises.
Hurtigruten Norway and Hurtigruten Expeditions rebranded in September. Hurtigruten Norway will return to being referred to as Hurtigruten in 2024, as its original name when it began in 1893.
Daniel Skjeldam, CEO of Hurtigruten Group, explained the separation of Hurtigruten Expeditions (to be renamed HX) and Hurtigruten Norway as a main driver for their rebranding in an exclusive interview with TravelPulse in September: “There is a much more high-end offering on Hurtigruten Expeditions, a global offering with very interesting destinations [across] the entire world, [while] Hurtigruten Norway is still core to what it’s always been since 1893, and that’s a very high-end working ship on the Norwegian coast.”
