<p></span></p><p>The 13-year-old Norwegian Dawn cruise ship left Boston for Bermuda on Friday for its first cruise since undergoing a major renovation, <a href="http://www.usatoday.com/story/travel/cruises/2016/06/17/norwegian-dawn-cruise-ship-makeover/86046640/" target="_blank">USA Today</a> reported. </p><p>The Norwegian Cruise Line ship received a makeover as part of a comprehensive $400 million fleet upgrade, the newspaper reported.</p><p>[READMORE] <em><strong>READ MORE:</strong> <a href="http://www.travelpulse.com/news/cruise/inside-norwegian-cruise-lines-400-m-enhancement-program.html">Inside Norwegian Cruise Line's $400 M Enhancement Program</a></em> [/READMORE] </p><p>Over the past month, two restaurants, and three bars and lounges were added to the ship, according to USA Today. Restaurants such as The Venetian, Aqua, Bamboo, La Cucina, Teppanyaki and Cagney's all received upgrades in design and decor. Every cabin on the 2,224-passenger ship was also upgraded.</p><p>"Norwegian Dawn was brought down to the steel in many spaces and rebuilt to evoke the look and feel of the newest Norwegian ships," Norwegian president and COO Andy Stuart told USA Today.</p><p>[READMORE] <em><strong>READ MORE: </strong><a href="http://www.travelpulse.com/news/impacting-travel/norwegian-dawn-freed-from-bermuda-seabed.html">Norwegian Dawn Freed From Bermuda Seabed</a></em> [/READMORE] </p><p>Norwegian Dawn will sail from Boston to Bermuda every week through October and will sail from New Orleans to the Western Caribbean beginning in November, the newspaper reported. </p>
