2016 was the "Year of the Avocado." Well, not quite, but people were definitely consuming the fruit.
For those of you who don't mind paying extra for avocado, there's a safe haven you can escape to in Europe. There's an avocado cafe opening its doors this year and it takes your favorite green, mushy topping and incorporates it into anything you can image.
"The Avocado Show" is set to take place in Amsterdam and was created by three "avocado-obsessed" friends according to Cosmopolitan.
This cafe makes a very interesting burger by replacing buns with, yes you guessed it, avocado. It sounds strange, but I can't think of many people who wouldn't want to take a bite out of it.
