Do you love traveling? Resort company Vidanta announced last week it has launched the World's Best Job global campaign, which offers one lucky winner the chance to visit the top beaches in Mexico.
According to the Puerto Vallarta News, the winner of the contest will spend their time acting as Vidanta's on-location social influencer as they visit the most popular destinations, including Acapulco, Los Cabos, Nuevo Vallarta, Puerto Penasco, Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Maya.
In addition to gathering content by experiencing all of the comfort, relaxation, adventure and luxury the Vidanta properties have to offer, the new employee will earn a one-year salary of $120,000, plus travel expenses, dining credit at each of the resorts and resort accommodations.
"Considering all of Vidanta's impressive resort amenities including gourmet dining, high-end spas, designer golf courses and our exclusive entertainment partnerships with Cirque du Soleil and Hakkasan Group, it's an understatement when we say that the 'perks' of this position are endless," Vidanta vice president Ivan Chavez said in a statement. "In addition, the lucky applicant will fully immerse themselves in each of our resort destinations; from uncovering ancient Mayan ruins, hidden eateries and underwater cenotes to discovering the hottest new restaurants and nightclubs while attending the biggest shows and entertainment offerings in the area, this is truly the opportunity of a lifetime."
Travelers looking to apply must do so online at the campaign's official website by sending in a resume and a 60-second video before the October 21 deadline. While no previous experience is necessary, the ideal candidate will have previous sales or hospitality experience, be willing to relocate to Mexico and have a genuine love of travel.
Once the winner is selected, the employee will go through extensive training to set the person up for a successful career. The dream job winner will be tasked with creating engaging content and inspiring travelers worldwide by experiencing both the local culture and Vidanta resort life.
