Americana Travelty Collection, previously known as La Colección Resorts has
announced a series of new digital updates, tools for travel agents and enhanced
guest experiences for 2024. Operated by Mexico’s leading hotelier, Posadas,
Travelty’s latest innovations hope to incentivize travel agents to book
memorable trips for clients or themselves at one of their 32 properties
throughout Mexico and the Caribbean.

In 2023, Fiesta Americana Travelty Collection launched a
centralized digital reservation platform to streamline the direct booking
process. In 2024, the platform will be enhanced with a revamped system, anticipated
to improve productivity and commission reviews along with automation of the
rewards redemption program.
Under the rewards redemption program, travel agents have the
chance to earn up to $100 in cash incentives for each booking at any of the
Fiesta Americana Travelty Collection properties. The focus of these
enhancements is on industry trends, supporting agents through preferred booking
channels — direct, wholesale, and consortia, among others.
This strategic move is designed to not only improve the
process but support anticipated growth in group travel and events, coupled with
the sustained demand for beach resorts—boding well for its renowned flagship
brands like Live Aqua, Grand
Fiesta Americana and Fiesta Americana.
2024 will bring new openings and upscale amenities
throughout the Fiesta Americana Travelty Collection properties. Travelty
Collection’s response to evolving travel trends and guest preferences will enable
its guests to enjoy immersive culinary experiences, exemplified by the recently
inaugurated Tuscany, Torii, and Havanna restaurants within the Grand Fiesta
Americana Coral Beach Cancun All-Inclusive Spa and Resort. In addition,
Carnivore, the popular steakhouse at Live Aqua Cancun, ranked among the top five
steakhouses in Cancun by TripAdvisor.
Live Aqua properties in Cancun and Punta Cana are set to
introduce personalized butler service for an enhanced stay. And following
extensive renovations, the exclusive SOMMA WineSPA at Grand Fiesta Americana
Los Cabos All Inclusive Golf and Spa reopens as Mexico's sole spa incorporating
the healing benefits of wine in its treatments.
