If you have girls between the age of 5 and 12, you have probably heard them ask for, or already have bought, LegoFriends sets. Olivia, Stephanie, Emma, Mia and Andrea are very popular and even have their own TV show. But today they get a whole heck of a lot bigger: they get their own land in Legoland.
Mia, who loves horses, gets a brand new ride called "Mia's Riding Adventure." "Stephanie's Newsroom" allows guests to take over at the Heartlake news desk for her and pose for a picture. "Friends to the Rescue" is an interactive musical show staring all of the Lego Friends putting on a show at Heartlake Hall. Guests can also play real music at Heartlake Stepping Tones Fountain. This heart-shaped fountain filled with Lego brick instruments that are triggered by interactive icons. And of course, Heartlake Mall is a retail area where you can buy (what else?) Friends themed products.
"Heartlake City offers an interactive Lego Friends experience for guests of all ages. Mia's Riding Adventure is a daring new attraction, that we feel is the perfect addition to expand our park offering," said Adrian Jones, General Manager, Legoland Florida Resort. "Heartlake City, when combined with a stay in a Lego Friends themed room or suite, will allow guests to further immerse themselves in the world of Lego Friends."
This weekend Legoland Florida Resort is hosting "Friends Weekend." This park-wide event allows guests to walk down the purple carpet, participate in a themed build, and show off their moves at a dance party.
