The crazy geniuses of Utah Olympic Park found an inventive use for the ski jumps left behind after the 2002 Winter Olympics which were held in Salt Lake City. They've turned them into the world's craziest water slides.

The attraction is the world's steepest slip 'n' slide and sends the bravest of the brave into the one million-gallon Spence Eccles Olympic Freestyle Pool. The three ramps into the pool feature a special synthetic surface to send speed freaks down the course at maximum speed with their skin (and bathing suits) still intact.

Available at various points throughout the summer, adrenaline junkies have one more chance to channel their inner otter slide where angels fear to tread. The "Summer 2016 Send Off" on Aug. 20 promises not only rides down the water ramp, but will also feature live music, food and cold as well as classic summer games like Ping Pong, Cornhole and more!
Think of it as a summer BBQ…only, you know, the summer BBQ of a lifetime.
