The White House has shared the first image of a new limited-edition United States passport featuring President Donald Trump in celebration of America's 250th anniversary this summer.
Trump shared the first look from his Truth Social account on Friday, and the administration followed with a post on X.
The new design is being dubbed the "Patriot Passport" and features an image of Trump in the Oval Office with his fists on the Resolute desk. The Declaration of Independence can be seen in the background, with Trump's signature below.
Trump is the first living or sitting president to be featured on a U.S. passport.
Available from July 6, obtaining the limited-edition travel document requires an in-person appointment at the passport agency in Washington, DC.
According to the State Department, Americans can also schedule appointments at a select number of special acceptance events designated specifically for the commemorative passport.
