Black Panther is Marvel Studio's latest and greatest hit, currently smashing box office records and cementing serious superhero status alongside Iron Man, Captain America, Star-Lord, Spider-Man and others when it comes to the character kids want to pretend to be during make-believe time.
Now, those same kids get to interact with the hero at Disney California Adventure.
For those who haven't seen the movie yet (Editor's Note: What are you waiting for?), Black Panther follows King T'Challa of the mythical African nation of Wakanda as he assumes the throne following the death of his father-events seen in Captain America: Civil War. However, the transition of power is not a smooth one thanks to some his father's mistakes coming back to haunt the family from beyond the grave.
Notably, Black Panther is Marvel Studios first major black Super Hero.
For a limited time only, Black Panther will appear in the Hollywood Backlot area of the park and be flanked by his Royal Guards-the scene-stealing and incredibly awesome Dora Milaje.
Other super-hero experiences include Guardians of the Galaxy-Mission: BREAKOUT!, "Guardians of the Galaxy: Awesome Dance-Off!" and Heroic Encounter: Spider-Man and Captain America.
