Entertainment Donald Wood November 06, 2017

Disneyland’s California Adventure Park will transform Paradise Pier into the Pixar Pier during the summer of 2018, featuring iconic stories and characters.
Located along Paradise Bay, Pixar Pier will feature four new imaginative neighborhoods, entertainment, themed food and beverage and merchandise. The new themed pier experience will debut during Pixar Fest, which begins April 13, 2018.
One of the first neighborhoods at Pixar Pier is based on Disney-Pixar's The Incredibles; It will be highlighted by the Incredicoaster attraction, which takes the place of California Screamin'. The Incredicoaster will feature new character moments, scenes and special effects.
Another neighborhood being added is inspired by Disney-Pixar's Toy Story and based around the popular Toy Story Mania! attraction. There will also be a themed area based on Inside Out that will debut a new family-friendly attraction at a later date.
The final themed neighborhood will celebrate a collection of guest-favorite Pixar stories, including Mickey's Fun Wheel, Games of the Boardwalk and new games based on characters from A Bug's Life, La Luna and WALL•E.
The remaining areas of Paradise Pier—including Paradise Gardens, Silly Symphony Swings, Jumping Jellyfish, Goofy's Sky School, Golden Zephyr and The Little Mermaid: Ariel's Undersea Adventure—will become a new land called Paradise Park.
