Fire up your taste buds and get ready to eat your way around the world this fall. The food menus for the 2018 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival have been released.
Are you ready for some sweet potato poutine or a pancake milkshake? Maybe you prefer the mimosa bar or the seminars hosted by Joffrey's Coffee & Tea Company. Either way, start packing your bags, because the fun begins August 30, 2018.
While you wait, plan your culinary journey around the park.
New dishes sure to pique visitors' interests include the New Brunswick Slider: slow-braised beef brisket "pot roast-style" with horseradish cream, crispy fried onions on a potato roll accompanied by pickled vegetables on the side, available at Hops & Barley Marketplace.
At the Wine & Dine Studio, visitors can try butternut squash ravioli with brown butter vinaigrette, parmesan cheese and pumpkin seeds, perfect for vegetarians.
Those headed to Flavors From Fire can try a charred chimichurri skirt steak with smoked corn cake, pickled vegetable slaw and cilantro during the event.
There are also new events for guests of the park. A Sunday Brunch With the Chef gives visitors access to the minds behind the menus and Food & Beverage Pairing takes place Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at 2:30 p.m. as well.
Check out the Festival Center at Epcot for full details on chefs, the Eat the Beat concert series and more before the fun wraps up on November 12, 2018.
