Former WWE Superstar Enzo Amore was thrown off a flight Thursday night for allegedly smoking his vape pen on the plane.
According to the New York Post, 31-year-old Eric Arndt (FKA Enzo Amore) was on a flight that was preparing to take off from New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport to Los Angeles International Airport when the incident occurred.
The plane had already left the gate when a passenger accused Arndt of using his vape pen, which the wrestler denied. He said another man was smoking, but he didn't want to be a "snitch," so he didn't notify flight attendants.
Arndt then asked the man dressed in street clothes who confronted him if he was an air marshal, and when the passenger said no, Arndt told him to "sit the f--k down." The man was actually an off-duty attendant, who informed the flight crew of the infraction, resulting in Arndt's removal from the plane.
The flight was forced to turn around and the former WWE Superstar was removed from the plane for "not following crew instructions," according to an official statement from Delta.
Arndt claims he was booked onto the next possible flight to LAX by Delta.
