The convenience of mobile ordering is coming to Disneyland.
No one can honestly say they are a fan of waiting in line for food and now, at the Happiest Place on Earth, visitors won't have to.
Mobile ordering will be just one more option for guests to further customize their Disney visits when in Anaheim, California. The new feature will allow them to conveniently place orders at select fast casual and quick-service restaurants using the Disneyland App from anywhere in the resort.
The mobile ordering service will allow guests to search for and find participating establishments, select an arrival time window for pickup, choose items from the menu, pay for and place their order.
Guests will also be able to notify the restaurant when they arrive to pick up using the app. They will then receive a message within minutes to tell them that their meal is ready to be picked up at a designated window.
Annual Passholders will even be able to apply their discount to meal purchases using the app.
This new mobile ordering feature is part of an ongoing effort by the resort to improve the guest experience and complements the new Disney MaxPass, which reduces wait times for park attractions through mobile Fastpasses and is also available through the Disneyland App.
An official launch date is coming soon, as are details on which locations will provide mobile ordering services.
