Universal Studios Hollywood announced the expansion of its popular
Universal Express ticket to now include express access to “Mario Kart: Bowser’s
Challenge,” SUPER NINTENDO WORLD’s signature attraction.
Travelers visiting the Mario-themed attraction will now be
able to enjoy one-time express access per day to ride Mario Kart: Bowser’s
Challenge.
When purchasing the Universal Express ticket, guests can
also elect to upgrade to a Universal Express Unlimited ticket, which offers
unlimited express access per day to each ride, attraction, and seated show
during their visit to the park.
The Universal Express ticket takes guests to a separate line
with a shorter wait time, but park officials noted that food, retail locations
and non-seated shows are excluded for both Universal Express tickets.
While the Mario Kart ride is still the main attraction in
the land, Universal Hollywood debuted a new interactive wall, located within
the Frosted Glacier area, designed to challenge guests as they engage with
familiar Super Mario characters within the dynamic land.
In addition, travelers can enjoy themed dining at Toadstool Café,
shopping at the 1-UP Factory retail store, and adventure throughout Peach’s
Castle and the colorful Mushroom Kingdom.
