From February 3 through April 7, Universal Orlando Resort guests will enjoy the park’s Mardi Gras: International Flavors of Carnaval, including live concerts by famous artists like DJ Khaled, Luis Fonsi, Ava Max and others.
Ten live performances will attract travelers to experience the Mardi Gras parades and food, with artists DJ Khaled, Luis Fonsi, Ava Max, Walker Hayes, The All-American Rejects, Elle King, KC and the Sunshine Band, Barenaked Ladies, Queen Latifah and Zedd. The concerts will take place on specific nights following the parade at the Music Plaza stage.
The parade theme for this year is the elements, and it will feature six new parade floats inspired by earth, wind, fire, water, the sun and the moon. The parade will offer music, performers bedecked in Carnaval costumes and more.
Additionally, travelers visiting the park for the Mardi Gras celebrations will enjoy globally inspired food, with over 60 items to try, including fluffy beignets, po’boys, schnitzel, chilaquiles and more.
Travelers who stay at one of the park’s eight hotels will also enjoy additional Mardi Gras food offerings, as well as Early Park Admission and free transportation to the parks.
There are two current promotions for park guests to enjoy. Guests from the U.S., Canada and Latin America will receive two free days of admission to Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure with the purchase of a 2-Park, 2-Day ticket, doubling the days they can enjoy the parks. Those who buy a 3-Park, 5-Night Vacation Package, which includes a stay at a selection of hotels, will also enjoy 25 percent off.
