Genfare surveyed 2,000 Americans who fly twice per year to discover what travelers find most annoying when it comes to flying, ridesharing, and public transportation.

The number one travel annoyance for fliers is getting their seat kicked, followed by a crying child and body odor.

The survey also examined other aspects of air travel, like how it takes an average of three hours before travelers get uncomfortable on a flight.

While 64% of travelers think it's okay to take shoes off on a flight, only 20% say it's okay to take their socks off.

Of the 2,000 surveyed, 57% said they don't like talking to their seatmates on a plane. When it comes to romance, only 12% say they've been intimate on a flight, however, 33% see flying as a way to possibly meet someone new.

When it comes to public transportation, the number one offense was talking loudly on the phone followed by body odor.

As for ridesharing services like Lyft and Uber, 44% of those surveyed dislike when the driver has aggressive driving habits, with 32% saying they dislike when a driver talks on the phone.

While traveling gives people opportunities to experience new things, it comes with drawbacks like travel annoyances according to this Genfare survey.
