Over the past week have been exploring exactly where you need to go to obtain or achieve everything from the song, "The Twelve Days of Christmas." Check out the first, second, third and fourth day of Christmas and HO!HO!HO!
Five Golden Rings
Although the line of the song has been sang as both "gold rings" and "golden rings," either way you are still going to have to buy five rings. So if we are going to buy rings around the holidays, why not go to Tiffany & Co.? Not just any Tiffany & Co.; their flagship store in Manhattan.
At the corner of Fifth Avenue and 57th Street sits a granite building that has held Tiffany & Co.'s flagship store since 1940. Tiffany's has been known for their diamonds for decades and that still holds true to this day. And since the chance of you buying her five gold rings without diamonds is pretty slim, go to the professionals at Tiffany's and give her five of those little blue boxes.
Since you are here on Fifth Avenue, after you spend your small fortune on your five gold rings, you may not have enough to continue your NYC shopping spree; so why not window shop? Tiffany's has always been known for their illustrious display in their front windows and is a great place to start window shopping south along Fifth Avenue. Between 60th Street and 49th Street there is wonderful window shopping with every major high end retailer from Louis Vuitton to Swarovski. Don't miss the luxury department stores Saks Fifth Avenue, Lord & Taylor and Bergdorf Goodman.

If you are looking to make a day or two of it, the Park Lane Hotel is one of the best values with the best views in all of Manhattan. Make sure that you wake up and get a great breakfast at The Park Room Restaurant overlooking Central Park.
One of the more romantic things to do is to take a winter stroll through central park to Wollman Rink for ice skating. I shouldn't have to say this, but this is a great place for a selfie with the skyline in the background. Nothing could be more winter in New York except…
Rockefeller Center
Alright, so if you haven't been to New York in the winter before, you have to go to Rockefeller Center. The tree alone is worth the trip. There is absolutely nothing more romantic than kissing someone right there in front of that tree. If you want to wait in that long line to skate you can, but it will cost you double what it does at Central Park and if you are scared of falling in front of people, there are a lot more eyes on you here.
One more thing, there is a Teuscher Chocolates store here. Their champagne truffles are probably the second sexiest thing in Rockefeller Center, next to your date, that is. The truffles are $31 for nine and worth every penny.
Five days into our shopping list and the Trip to New York was probably our cheapest yet. But when it comes to the holidays, spare no expense. As promised, I will spare no expense on the video of the day:
