Fall has begun, and travelers can find savings everywhere as suppliers encourage bookings ahead of the holiday season.
From discounted cruise vacations to slashed rates on hotel and resort stays, there are plenty of ways to save this October.
Here are some of the can't-miss travel deals available this month.
AmaWaterways
During AmaWaterways' Season of More, travelers can enjoy savings of up to $2,500 per stateroom on select 2026 and 2027 sailings when they secure their reservation by the end of the year.
Guests can also take advantage of complimentary stateroom upgrades on eligible river cruises.

Virgin Voyages
Virgin Voyages is encouraging travelers to get a head start on their 2027 and 2028 cruise vacation by offering up to $1,000 in instant savings and as much as $400 in onboard credit when they book their cabin this fall.
Princess Hotels & Resorts
Travelers in the market for a one-of-a-kind escape to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic or Riviera Maya, Mexico can enjoy up to 42% savings at Princess Hotels & Resorts properties in those destinations when they book by November 5, 2026, for travel through March 28, 2027.
Seabourn
This October, Seabourn is celebrating the launch of its new "Explore Beyond Event" with a limited-time offer providing up to $2,000 in shipboard credit per suite on select sailings in 2026 through 2029.
The offer is available on new bookings made by November 16, 2026, and also includes reduced deposits in select markets such as the U.S., Canada and Australia.

Catalina Island
California's Catalina Island is on sale this October. This fall, seven of the hotels on the island are offering a promotion where guests who stay for two nights between Sunday and Thursday get a third night free.
Properties participating in the Second Summer Savings offer include Pavilion Hotel, Mt Ada, Hotel Atwater, Snug Harbor Inn, Hotel Metropole, Glenmore Plaza Hotel, and Bellanca Hotel. The offer is available on stays through October, November or February, depending on the hotel.
Additionally, the Restore & Explore package pairs a two-night stay at the Catalina Island Inn or Catalina Canyon Inn with a guided eco tour and hands-on conservation activities through October 27.
United Airlines
Now through October 15, Delta SkyMiles and American AAdvantage members only need to spend a certain amount and fly in a 90-day window with United Airlines to have their status matched on the airline through January 31, 2028.
Uniworld Boutique River Cruises
Uniworld Boutique River Cruises is running its Greater Journeys Greater Rewards offer this October, allowing guests to save $500–$1,500 per person on select 2027 itineraries.
Available through October 31, the offer includes exciting options like the new 14-day journey from Milan to Venice, an eight-day journey through Portugal and Spain and an eight-day sailing from Budapest to Passau on the new S.S. Marlene, among other itineraries.

Hyatt Hotels
World of Hyatt members booking select stays with the hotel giant from Utah to Japan this October can capitalize on deep discounts and special perks.
For example, in Costa Rica, Hyatt Centric San José Escazú is offering 25% savings on stays now through October 31, 2026, when booked by October 20, 2026.
Meanwhile, in the Dominican Republic, guests booking the Hyatt Centric Santo Domingo can save 15% on a one-night stay or 20% on a four-night stay between December 13, 2026, and January 10, 2027, if they book by the end of 2026.
In Japan, Hyatt Centric Kanazawa's "Stay as You Are Pride Package" includes up to 10% off and one free cocktail per guest when booked by December 30, 2026, and Utah's Hyatt Centric Park City is offering a $100 hotel credit and complimentary parking on stays through March 31, 2027, with the "Stay More, Save More" package.
Finally, Australia's Hyatt Centric Melbourne is offering the "Live Like a Local" package featuring welcome treats, a room upgrade, late checkout, a daily breakfast buffet, a free matcha and $11 Aviation Cocktails for stays through January 15, 2027, that are booked by December 31, 2026.
Riviera Travel River Cruises
Riviera Travel River Cruises is offering savings of up to $750 per person on 2027 departures booked by November 2, 2026. Guests can also save up to $500 per person on select 2026 departures and up to $250 per person on eligible 2028 departures.
