As technology continues to take center stage in advisors’ businesses, Global Travel Collection (GTC) appointed Steve Davies as director of product Integration, where he will capitalize on his extensive experience to meet the evolving needs of the host agency’s advisors, clients, and business.
“This means improving integration across our core platforms, simplifying workflows and using automation to make day-to-day operations more efficient,” Davies said. “Building strong relationships across the business and with our technology partners will also be key to delivering solutions that support GTC’s continued growth.”
A Foundation in Travel Operations and Tech
Davies’ background is well suited to the tasks ahead, bringing experience in travel operations, technology, and process improvement to GTC.
“My experience at NousTravel and ALTOUR, alongside Sony Pictures Travel, has given me a broad understanding of the travel industry, from working as a travel advisor to leading technology integration and operational initiatives,” he said.
“Having worked directly with clients and advisors, I understand the challenges they face and the importance of technology that genuinely improves their day-to-day experience. This perspective helps me connect business needs with practical technology solutions that make a real difference.”
Enhancing the Advisor-Client Dynamic
Going forward, Davies believes that one of Global Travel Collection’s strongest selling points is the long-term trust it has built with clients.
