OASIS has "doubled down" on its commitment to selective membership growth while ramping up its training for people that are new to the industry, according to Kelly Bergin, president of the host agency.
This year, OASIS has already conducted one New2Travel Boot Camp, with three additional planned for later in 2017.
The new Hyatt Place in heart of downtown Boca Raton, Florida. is serving as the exclusive venue for the 2017 series.The New2Travel boot camp schedule is April 24 to 26, July 10 to 13 and Oct. 9 to 11.
"Due to the comprehensive scope of this program, which was originally designed for agents new to the Industry, we have broadened the program for 2017," said Bergin. "Many well-established members are finding this learning experience extremely powerful as they gain new insights on proven how-to applications of our platform, and they love the community with fellow agents and industry representatives."
"Our experience has taught us that existing members wish to be associated with like-minded, success-oriented professionals, regardless of their Industry longevity or lack thereof," Bergin added.
"This helps to reinforce our goal of selective growth and was the motivation behind our recently announced Platinum membership plan."
The new Platinum plan is designed for high-producing agents or smaller agencies that are looking for a solution to marketing, back-office accounting support, agent associate management and a higher return on bookings. Other OASIS plans are Basic and Elite, with access to high commission splits and marketing technology.

The plan is not for everyone, Bergin said. Screening results in OASIS accepting a small number of applicants.
"We are expected to hold our standards to a high level by our most loyal members, and it makes good business sense as well," Bergin said.
The host also announced its 2017 Annual Conference wiil take place in December at The Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. The two-day OASIS Members-Only gathering is slated for Dec. 6 and 7, followed by the Signature Travel Network's Annual Conference beginning Dec. 8th at the same property.
OASIS is a member of the Signature consortium and will be celebrating the 30th Anniversary of its parent company, Palm Coast Travel at both events.
