Napa Rose is celebrating its 25th anniversary with a new dining experience at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. The reopening is set for Feb. 6, 2026.
The signature restaurant at the Disneyland Resort is looking ahead to a new era with an updated menu and refreshed decor.
The reimagined menu features locally sourced ingredients and places a focus on seafood, meats and produce. Guests in the main dining room are offered a tasting menu, allowing diners to choose from multiple dishes.
In the bar and lounge area, a separate à la carte menu features offerings such as caviar service, seafood preparations and charcuterie. Tableside preparations and the chef’s counter allow guests a close look at how each dish is crafted.
Some of the entrees offered on the new menu include Colorado rack of lamb, tangerine-roasted rocky chicken and miso cabbage scallion crepes. Napa Rose also offers a premium selection of desserts such as the Fiscalini reserve white cheddar cannoli or the warm apple honey brioche.
Culinary director of signature dining at the Disneyland Resort, Chef Andrew Sutton, was brought on at the restaurant’s inception and remains a consistent leader for the California restaurant.
“Reopening Napa Rose feels deeply personal,” said Chef Andrew Sutton. “We took the time to do this thoughtfully -- honoring the story of the space while allowing the restaurant to evolve into who we are today. We’re working at the strongest level we ever have, with a menu and wine program shaped by craftsmanship, seasonality and a broader international perspective.”
The wine collection at Napa Rose remains one of the most extensive wine programs in the region, with a cellar housing more than 13,000 bottles representing about 1,500 labels.
Napa Rose is open seven days a week from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Reservations are recommended and can be made via the Disneyland website or the Disneyland app.
