Hilton has taken two of its luxury jewels – Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya and Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya – and is converting them into all-inclusive resorts, each of which will serve distinct audiences.
New Age Restrictions and Exclusive Sections
“As of January 10, 2027, Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya will transition to an Adults-Only experience for registered guests aged 18 and older, while Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya will offer Ceiba Club, a dedicated Adults-Only section reserved for registered guests aged 18 and older, within the wider multi-generational resort,” Hilton said.
“Effective January 10, Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya will move to an adults-only resort for travelers 18 and older,” the company added.
Expanding the All-Inclusive Footprint
Although Hilton’s portfolio doesn’t include an all-inclusive brand, the company has an expanding number of all-inclusive resorts in Mexico, the Caribbean, Europe and Turkey.
“As we continue to expand Hilton’s All-Inclusive portfolio, Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya and Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya give guests a more personal way to stay, dine and explore the local culture, all made possible by the thoughtful service and exceptional hospitality Hilton is known for,” said Sylvia Scholey, vice president and global head of All-Inclusive and Resorts, Hilton. “Today’s travelers want the freedom and ease of an All-Inclusive resort, paired with the distinctive depth, personalization and sense of place they expect from Hilton’s award-winning luxury brands.”
