Karisma Hotels & Resorts unveiled the Gourmet Inclusive Vacation Consultant (GIVC) award winners on the final evening of the company's Ninth Annual GIVC Awards and Sales & Marketing Forum, which drew 600 agents and was held at El Dorado Royal in Riviera Maya earlier this month.
The agent receiving the most awards was Tina Hearn of Paradise Weddings and Travel, who was named a Top 10 Producer for El Dorado Spa Resorts & Hotels and Generations, and a Top 10 Wedding Producer for El Dorado Spa Resorts & Hotels and Generations. She also received Hall of Fame recognition for her significant increase sales during 2016.
Other top award winners included Elaine Holley of Ultra Tech Travel, who named Top Selling Home Based Agent in the U.S., and Pamela Walker of Escapes.ca for Canada. Lisa Pease of Fox World Travel was named Top Selling Storefront Agent for the U.S., and Jen Jackson of Top Selling Storefront Agent for Canada.
Donna Daniels of Fox Travel American Express was award as the Top Producer Hidden Beach Resort by Karisma, and Carl Howard of Expert Honeymoons by Uniglobe Five Star Travel as the Top Selling Agent of the Villas by Karisma.
Top Sellers of El Dorado Maroma's new overwater bungalows included Burt Kramer of KHM Travel Group, Susan Peavey of Susan Peavy Travel, Nancy Finn of My Island Getaways, Thomas Varghese of Travel Tom, Lindsay Smith of L & S Travel, Barbara Vong of Wright Travel Agency, Emily Bertsch of VIP Vacations Inc., Elaine Holley of Ultra Tech Travel and Grace Bonaguro of Landmark Destination Events.
Three agents - Jennifer Doncsecz of VIP Vacations Inc., Anthony Tucker of All Inclusive Outlet and Brenda Mlynarczyk of Luxe Destination Weddings - were recognized with GIVC's highest status, Elite.
