Margaritaville is expanding
its brand in the Midwest.
Nestled among the Ozark Mountains on the shores of Table
Rock Lake, Margaritaville Lake Cottage Resort Branson will blend Margaritaville's
laid-back island lifestyle with the lake's boating, fishing, and scenic beauty,
alongside the entertainment, shopping, and dining that define the Branson
experience.
The property has already broken ground with Phase One
focused primarily on the cottage with 40 to 50 units planned for the initial
stage of development.
Margaritaville Lake Cottage will feature resort-style
amenities to include an outdoor pool with private cabanas, an indoor pool,
pickleball and basketball courts, an on-site restaurant and tiki bar, a fitness
facility, an outdoor pavilion, and access to more than 15 miles of hiking
trails.
Owners will enjoy access to Table Rock Lake for boating,
fishing, and water sports, plus easy access to Branson's entertainment venues,
outlet shopping, and family attractions along the 76 Country Boulevard
corridor. A sprawling oasis deck will offer sweeping views of the Ozark
Mountains with poolside entertainment and space to gather and unwind.
The property’s launch builds on the momentum of
Margaritaville Vacation Suites Branson, MRG Development's first
Margaritaville-branded project in the area, which is transforming an existing
hotel property on the Highway 76 entertainment corridor into 101 fully
furnished one- and two-bedroom suites.
