It's cherry blossom season in Washington DC, and hotels are in high demand during this popular time to visit.
Fortunately, there are still plenty of hotels offering packages for weekend travelers, and the cherry blossoms are always a sight to behold. (Although they'll be fewer in number and blossoming slightly later this year because of a lingering cold snap.)

Rosewood Hotels are known for celebrating a sense of place, taking inspiration from the locales their hotels occupy. The Rosewood Washington DC is no exception.
Located in historic Georgetown, the hotel welcomes sightseeing-weary weekenders with Pratesi linens, rainfall showers and views of D.C landmarks from the rooftop pool.
The Rosewood's Cherry Blossom Package is quite literally steeped in the treasured springtime flowers. Available for stays of two nights or longer through April 16, the package includes a cherry blossom amenity upon arrival, daily American breakfast for two, in-room tea setup with cherry blossom tea and senbei crackers, a Segway tour of the capital for two (including the Tidal Basin Cherry Blossoms), kite flying kit and complimentary overnight parking. Enjoy a Sweet Escape at The Hay-Adams
A member of The Leading Hotels of the World, and just a stone's through from 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue (better known as The White House), the historic Hay-Adams has long been a sought-after address in the city. Named for two famed 19th-Century D.C. writers and intellectuals whose homes occupied the site, the original dwellings were razed in 1928 and replaced with the lavish structure the hotel occupies today.
