A flight attendant noticed Camp's hand near the 13-year-old girl's crotch, according to a criminal complaint filed in the U.S. District Court and obtained by CNN. The flight attendant ordered the man to change seats, moved the teen forward several rows and notified the captain of the incident.
The captain reported the man to Port of Portland Police. Police officers, along with FBI agents, took the man into custody after the plane landed in Portland, CNN reported. Camp is being held in Multnomah County Jail with no bail set.

The girl told investigators that she felt "frightened and trapped" during the incident, CNN affiliate KOIN reported.
"She is already saying she doesn't want to be on an airplane ever again," the victim's attorney, Brent Goodfellow, told KOIN. "I sat with the family for about three hours ... she didn't want to be touched by her mom; every time she went to give her kind of a loving touch she would jump."
The airline would not comment on the incident but said the following in a statement obtained by CNN: "We take these matters very seriously and have cooperated fully and immediately with law enforcement officials in their investigation of the suspect."
